The renowned Royal Hill pub supplies locals, travellers, and campers and caravaners with real ales and great food, cheered by warm fires in the winter. The Shropshire Star says: "**** A fantastic reputation for good quality home-made, value-for-money cuisine".

We serve two local Shropshire bitters: Salopian Gold and Three Tuns XXX. Guinness, Stowford Press, Grolsch Blond, Worthington Creamflow, and a range of lagers, bottle drinks and wines. Enjoy a sup with the locals in our tiny snug bar or spread yourselves out by a roaring fire, or along the bank of the River Severn.

Opening Hours: Monday 5-11pm; Tuesday to Friday 12-2.30pm, 5-11pm; Saturday & Sunday 12-11pm.

We are located near the village of Edgerly, halfway between Shrewsbury and Oswestry on the banks of the River Severn. We are three miles south of the A5 trunk road and a few miles north of the A458 from Shrewsbury to Welshpool. The NCN Route 81 - Lôn Cambria cycle route passes our front door.

Payment by cash or cheque with bankers card: no credit or debit cards. Camping and caravan pitches available.
